Each Project Set includes six (6) sets of complete set of working drawings - Elevations, Floor Plans, Foundation Plan, Floor Framing, Roof Framing, and applicable Section and Details. Additional sets may be ordered now or later if you need them.
If youre interested in a plan but just arent sure if its right for your property, or want to see the floor plans in more detail, you can order a study set (its an option on each order page). This is a copy of the floor and elevation pages shrunk down to letter size (8 1/2" x 11"). When you decide to purchase the full project set later your fee will be credited back to you. But please understand that a builder cannot accurately bid your project from a study set- they arent to scale and dont include the structural drawings.

Stock house plans and stock Craftsman home plans may be modified to suit your individual needs, to a greater or lesser extent. For example all plans can be reversed (mirrored). Many of our plans will easily accommodate a basement. Some can be made to have a basement but would require other modifications. It depends on the original design of the home. Other changes are possible too, for example; if you like a plan but would prefer a larger Master Suite all you need to do is call our office or email us with your idea. We'll gladly discuss it with you.
Home plans purchased without changes are available to be shipped immediately at the listed price. Plans ordered with changes will take a little longer and will have additional costs that must be paid for at time of purchase.
