Our office can work closely with your builder/ contractor and Loan Officer to help ensure your project's success. If your project is in our area and you are in need of Real Estate and Financing services, we can recommend professional agents as well.

Contact our office to schedule a free consultation with our design staff in person, by phone or via email (for those clients out of the area.) Our staff is available to greet you during normal business hours, or evenings and weekends by appointment.

Your Project Set includes six (6) sets of bond copies of a complete set of working drawings, including: General Project Notes, Elevations (front, rear & sides), Floor Plan(s), Foundation Plan, Floor Framing, 2nd Level Floor Framing (if applicable), Roof Framing, Sections, Details and Structural Details.

For the convenience of our out-of-area customers who wish to start a custom project, we provide a personal credit card purchase form. After you have consulted with us and all parties have agreed upon a price and payment schedule, we will develop your personal contract form and email you a private link to access the form. You will be able to make your first payment immediately. Your form will then be updated to reflect the new balance and payment due date. Personal checks are also accepted.
